Craig’s time in the area began innocently enough when he moved to Vail from western Massachusetts for what he thought would be one season. One season has quickly turned into 11 and counting, and the avid outdoorsman has no plans on heading back east any time soon. He brings his culinary wisdom and sommelier training to Chef Matt Limbaugh’s small but mighty kitchen team (and menu), and enjoys a pour of bourbon post-shift.
