Chef Matt Limbaugh’s culinary approach is one of constant revitalization, which perfectly complements the small menu- and kitchen- at Root & Flower. A frequent fixture at some of Vail’s most recognizable eateries, his ability to work harmoniously with Jeremy’s wine list creates the perfect pairing within the space. Frequently found with a traditional daiquiri after hours, this self-proclaimed python sticks to the simpler things in life, and is mostly likely by a campfire somewhere in the woods when not plating dishes.
