But this restaurant pro is no stranger to the Root and Flower Family. Scott has worked with Joe and Mat now for several years. Starting at down valley together, this restaurant A-Team first cemented their bond with tequila and Daiquiri shots (Lovingly known as “Snackaris”). 

Scott is a lover of all things Tiki and champions these tropical cocktails. Scott’s knowledge of flavor and combinations allows him to create his signature complex craft cocktails on the fly with ease. You should definitely try his pineapple-flavored riff on a classic Negroni, “The pineapple under the sea”.
